• On successful completion of probation period and subject to qualifying the prescribed tests, the candidates will be absorbed in the Officer/ Senior Officer`s grade of the Bank on merit basis. Candidates selected for appointment as Special Cadre Officers will be required to execute a bond for serving the Bank for a minimum period of 5 years including the probation period.

Educational Requirements

• a) MBA with minimum 70% marks or 3.50 CGPA with minimum Second Divisions/Classes all through.
• b) MBM with minimum 70% marks or 3.50 CGPA from BIBM with minimum Second Divisions/Classes all through.
• c) Graduate with Honours including Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with minimum 55% marks or CGPA 2.75 or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following major subjects with at least 2 (two) First Divisions/Classes and remaining(s) being minimum Second Division(s)/Class(es):
• i) Economics
• ii) Accounting
• iii) Management
• iv) Finance
• v) Statistics
• vi) Marketing
• vii) International Relations
• viii) Public Administration
• ix) English
• x) Finance & Banking
• xi) Agricultural Economics
• xii) Environmental Science

• d) B.Com (Pass) having at least 2 (two) First Divisions/Classes and minimum one Second Division / Class.
• e) Graduate (Pass course) having at least two First Divisions/Classes and minimum one Second Division / Class with one of the following subjects in degree level:

Additional Job Requirements

Candidates must not be over 30 years of age as of 30th June, 2012.

Other Benefits

The position offers monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk. 38,000/- for the probation period (one year).
