• Indemnity Bond:
• Before joining, MTOs must give indemnity bonds for serving the bank for a minimum of five-year including the trainee period.
• Job Location:
• Selected candidates will have to serve the bank at any of its branches/offices. Candidates not willing to serve outside of Dhaka need not apply.

Educational Requirements

• They must have a Masters from an accredited university in any of the following disciplines with a minimum of three first division/class/equivalent CGPA, but no third division/class/equivalent CGPA in their academic career:
• Business Administration/ Management

• Economics
• Mathematics/Statistics
• Public Administration
• International Relations
• English
• Law
