কিভাবে চাকরির ইন্টারভিউ/ভাইভার উত্তর দিবেন?

 কঠোর পরিশ্রম ও অধ্যাবসায়ের মাধ্যমে কয়েকটা পরীক্ষায় পর্যায়ক্রমে সাফল্যের সাথে কৃতকার্য হয়েই কেবল ইন্টারভিউ/ভাইভাতে যাওয়ার সুযোগ পাওয়া যায়। তাই আমাদের উচিৎ ইন্টারভিউতে সাফল্য দেখিয়ে চাকরি পাওয়ার শেষ পদক্ষেপও কৃতিত্বের সাথে উতরে যাওয়া। কতগুলো ইন্টারভিউ দিয়েছি তা বড় কথা নয়, প্রত্যেক ইন্টারভিউতে যাওয়ার আগে একটা ভীতি কাজ করে,কারণ এই সুযোগটা পেতে অনেক চড়াই-উতরাই পার হতে হয়। তাছাড়া, এই ধাপটা পার হতে পারলেই কিন্তু চাকরি নিশ্চিত। তাই প্রত্যেক ইন্টারভিউ প্রার্থীরই ইন্টারভিউ মোকাবেলা করার সময় একটা মানষিক চাপ থাকেই। ইন্টারভিউ বাংলায় বা ইংরেজীতে হতে পারে।

এর কারণ হিসেবে প্রাথমিকভাবে আমরা বলতে পারিঃ

১। কি ধরনের প্রশ্নের সম্মুখীন হতে হবে তা জানা থাকে না,

২। সুদক্ষ্য ও কর্তাব্যক্তি যারা ইন্টারভিউ নিচ্ছেন তাদের সম্মুখে নিজেকে কিভাবে যাহির করলে তারা সন্তুষ্ট হবেন সেটা নিয়ে ভাবনা,

৩। ইন্টারভিউ বোর্ডে যদি কোন ভুল হয়ে যায় সেই ভীতি, ইত্যাদী।
