Job Responsibility:
Handle customer queries for any Retail and SME banking related issue and resolve complaints.
Ensure superior service level to all customers by maintaining quality of communication and professionalism.
Provide Retail & SME product information in an efficient, professional and positive manner.
Adherence to bank CoC and other guidelines, policy & processes.

Special Skills Requirements: 4 years of Graduation/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
