Job Description / Responsibility

• The Bank is looking for some young, energetic, dynamic and self-motivated Male citizens of Bangladesh who are interested in pursuing a successful career in Banking. The recruitment will be at the level of Trainee Cash officer.
• Age: Not over 27 years as on 30.04.2012
• Compensation Package:
• The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 02 years with a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.12,000/- for the 1st year and Tk. 15,000/- for the 2nd year.
• After successful completion of probationary period they will be absorbed as 'Junior Officer (Cash) as per prevailing compensation package.
• The interested candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk.150/- to the effect that he shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 years after completion of his probationary period with certain conditions.

• The candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university/ college.
• The candidates having GPA below 2.00 in scale of 5, CGPA below 2.25 in case of 4 and 3rd Division/class in academic career need not apply.
