Job Description / Responsibility

• To achieve the given business target by booking quality asset clients
• To maintain quality asset portfolio by regular follow up and monitoring
• To manage deposit for ensuring balanced Asset Liability growth
• Ensure effective process and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements
• Providing high quality Customer Services, Effective Business Development and create value in the market

Educational Requirements

Graduation in Business/ Economics from reputed universities

Additional Job Requirements

• Minimum six years of experience in reputed Banks/ Financial Institutions, preferably in Business Unit
• Strong knowledge in banking / financial services / Bangladesh Bank compliance issues
• Good knowledge about different industries and different types of business
• Good understanding of financial statements, cash flow, ratio analysis, credit documentation etc.
• Experience of working in a centralized process & real time on-line banking will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building & people management skills
• Good command over English language and computer
• Geographic mobility and flexibility
